Is it legal?

I wanted to share a quick update with you on a topic that’s important to me – copyright.
It’s hard to find good legal advice on copyright, but some rules are very clear:
- A copyright protects the original work of authorship.
- The author has the exclusive right to make copies of the work, sell copies, publish the work, and perform the work publicly.
- The copyright protection lasts for the life of the author plus 70 years.
- Copyright law varies by country, so it’s important to consult with a lawyer to find out your specific rights.
Please remember that although our work is inspired by incredible motorcycles mainly made by Harley-Davidson®, Inc. it is NOT officially licensed by them nor endorsed, recommended or commissioned.
