We are located in Poland, in the European Union. We send the ordered items straight from our art studio. We send parcels using postal parcels (registered priority letter) or by courier companies.

• Registered mail shipments within European Union (EU) are usually delivered within 5 – 14 days. Outside EU 10 – 30 days.

• Courier shipments within European Union (EU) usually arrive within 5 business days.

• Registered mail shipments to North America and South Amercia are usually delivered within 30 days. Asia and Australia 30 – 50 days.

• Courier shipments to North America, South America, Asia and Australia are usually arrive within 5 – 10 business days (FedEx).

From the start of our activity we sent graphics to 41 countries around the world. We sent artwork to all continents, from Iceland to Hawaii, India and New Zealand. We make every effort to ensure that our parcels are carefully packed, marked with the flag of a given country, so that customer feels the package was prepared with him in mind.

Graphics are packed in tubes, wrapped with foil, and then packed in an additional cardboard box. Into one tube we will fit up to 12 graphics.
